Consultation Booking
Our astrology and crystal therapy consultations are provided by appointment. You can book a session through our website.After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled date, time, and details of your consultation. Please review the information for accuracy and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.

Delivery of Services
Online Consultations: All consultations are conducted online via video call, phone call, or email, depending on your preference and our availability. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection for video or phone consultations.Horoscope Analysis & Reports: Customized horoscope analyses and reports are prepared based on the information you provide and are delivered digitally (via email) within 3-5 business days from the date of your booking. In some cases, depending on the complexity of the analysis, the delivery time may be extended. You will be notified in advance if this occurs.
Crystal Therapy Recommendations: Based on your astrological analysis, we provide crystal therapy recommendations. If you choose to purchase crystals or gemstones through us, please refer to our separate shipping policy for physical product delivery of our vendors.


Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information (e.g., date, time, and place of birth) to ensure the effectiveness and accuracy of our astrology consultations and recommendations.Please be available at the scheduled time for your consultation. If you are unable to attend, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. We allow one rescheduling per booking without any additional fees.

Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
For consultations conducted online, please join the session on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered missed, and we reserve the right to forfeit the consultation fee.In case of missed appointments, a new booking will be required, including payment of the standard consultation fee.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the consultation fee.We reserve the right to reschedule consultations in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly and arrange a new consultation time.

Confidentiality
All consultations and services are confidential. Information shared during your consultation will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Follow-Up Services
After your initial consultation, you are welcome to contact us for follow-up questions related to the session within 7 days. Additional follow-up consultations will require a new booking.

Technical Issues
For online consultations, we recommend testing your internet connection and devices beforehand. If technical issues occur during the session, please inform us immediately. We will work to reschedule or continue the consultation as needed.
