Refund and Returns Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our astrology consultations and crystal therapy products. Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our services and products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds. Please review our policy below:



Consultation Services
All astrology and crystal therapy consultation services, including horoscope analysis and personalized remedies, are non-refundable. Once a consultation has been scheduled or delivered, we cannot offer a refund due to the time and effort invested in preparing your personalized session.In case of cancellation or rescheduling, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. We will work with you to find a new appointment time.

Physical Products (Crystals, Gemstones, etc.)
All sales of crystals, gemstones, and other physical products are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges as these items are personalized, cleansed, and energized specifically for the recipient.If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We require photos of the damaged or incorrect items to process your claim. Once verified, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund based on the situation.All our physical products are processed through designated vendors only and we do not have any link with there processes. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order for physical products, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:You received a damaged product, and it has been reported within 48 hours of receipt.The product you received does not match the description or order.Refunds will not be provided for incorrect information provided during the consultation process or dissatisfaction with outcomes, as our services are based on spiritual practices and personal interpretation.

Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an error on our part resulted in incorrect or damaged product delivery. If you are eligible for a refund, we will only refund the cost of the product, not the shipping fees.
